Tommaso Pallastrelli di Celleri focuses on financial markets law, with a particular emphasis on Equity Capital Markets transactions. Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he gained experience at leading international law firms in the Structured Finance department, and also served as a Teaching Assistant at Bocconi University.
In 2024, he graduated in Law from Bocconi University in Milan, International Track, with a thesis in civil law on crypto-assets in securitisation transactions, after spending a semester abroad at the University of Richmond (Virginia, USA).
