Matteo Gotti advises domestic and international investment banks, private equity funds and companies in domestic and cross-border transactions in all fields of Banking & Finance, with specific focus on corporate finance, acquisition financing, debt restructuring, real estate financing and structured finance.
He graduated in Law in 1999 from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he gained significant experience working at leading Italian law firms specializing in Banking & Finance and M&A.
He is member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and German.
