Francesca Maria Sciubba
Counsel

Francesca Maria Sciubba specialises in tax law. Her areas of expertise include corporate and group taxation, taxation of special transactions, and tax planning. Francesca Maria Sciubba has also gained experience in matters relating to domestic and international taxation.
Before joining the firm, Francesca worked for the Tax department of a leading International Network.
Francesca obtained a Master’s degree in Economics (magna cum laude) from Roma Tre University in Rome in 2009 and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.
Francesca Maria Sciubba has completed a Master’s degree in corporate insolvency law and an Assonime Master’s degree in national and international accounting standards. She also lectures at vocational training colleges in the field of M&A.
She is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Auditor since 2010.
She has been registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors at the Ministry of Economy and Finance since 2011.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
