Alessandro Pracilio deals with administrative law, with particular focus on issues concerning public procurement, public companies, regulated markets, construction and town planning. His work focuses on providing strategic consulting to public entities, companies and private clients, addressing multidisciplinary issues involving the regulation and management of public contracts, including in court litigation. He also deals with the administrative law profiles involved in corporate equity transactions, including those concerning the application of golden power regulations.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he collaborated with the Legislative Affairs Office of the Ministry of Justice, providing for the drafting of regulatory acts, and with renowned law firms.
Graduated in law from the University of Teramo in 2017, Alessandro attended the School of Higher Education in Public Law at the "Silvano Tosi Seminary" in Florence, where he delved into issues related to public administration, governance and public policy.
In addition to being the author of various publications, he regularly participates as a speaker in numerous specialised courses and conferences on public contracts, public companies and administrative process.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
