Ilaria Boschi carries out her professional activity in the Data Protection and IT Team of the Firm.
She provides legal assistance in Privacy and Data Protection matters to Italian and international clients operating in different industries, in particular in the context of compliance activities with the Regulation EU n. 2016/679 (GDPR) and issues related to the processing of personal data, including online and in-app. Ilaria has also gained several in-house consulting experiences, as well as knowledge in the TMT (Technology, Media, Telecommunication) sector.
Before joining the Firm, Ilaria worked for more than three years in the TMT department of a major international law firm based in Milan.
She graduated in Law from Bocconi University in Milan in 2019, with a dissertation on the evolution of Internet Service Providers’ liability. Subsequently, in 2020, she attended the masterclass "Legal Tech, Coding for Lawyers, AI and Blockchain Legal Issues" held by the University of Milan and obtained a masterclass in "Data Protection Officer and Privacy Matter Expert" held by TopLegal Academy.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2022.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
