Edoardo Brillante works with the capital markets and corporate department. He gained a first working experience in the London office of the Firm and then he worked in the Milan office of a leading Italian law firm.
He has gained expertise in investment services, banking and insurance, asset management, securities and listed companies’ regulation as well as in public offering transactions and in the financial, banking and insurance products distribution (including listing of collective investment undertakings). He assists listed and regulated companies, in particular with reference to financial, banking and insurance industries, in relation to extraordinary corporate transactions (initial public offers, tender offers, share capital increases, etc.) and on-going activities, including their relations with the Supervisory Authorities. Advises also on anti-money laundering legislation.
He graduated in Law in 2013 from the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Milan with highest honours; he attended The University of Chicago – Law school for a period of research as visiting student for the preparation of the final dissertation in financial markets law with subject the legal framework and regulation of sovereign wealth funds.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
