Luca Giannini is specialized in corporate and commercial law, with special focus on extraordinary corporate transactions, such as merger and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. Luca advises domestic and multinational companies, investment banks and private equity funds in domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions. He has developed broad experience in structuring and negotiating acquisition agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements across a wide range of industries. He also assists clients in day-to-day legal advice on corporate and commercial issues.
He graduated in Law maxima cum laude from the University of Rome LUISS – Guido Carli di Roma in 2003 and joined Gianni & Origoni in 2004. In 2012 he gained a significant experience with one of the most prestigious Indian law firms, Khaitan & Co in the Delhi and Mumbai offices.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
