Pierantonio Basso focuses on commercial and corporate litigation. He defends national and global businesses in ordinary proceedings and arbitrations, as well as in procedures regarding interlocutory orders and injunctions, and commercial, corporate and bankruptcy matters, mainly in disputes concerning contractual and tort liability, shareholder litigation, and claw-back actions. In addition, he has gained significant experience in insurance litigation, assisting leading insurance companies in cases concerning some complex and high-profile claims.
Pierantonio joined the firm in 2010. Previously he worked for five years as an associate in a leading English law firm and, before that, in a well-known law firm in Venice.
He graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 1999.
He is member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
