Over the years he assisted entrepreneurs and investment funds active in various industries in the sale and purchase of their businesses, as well as financial institutions in their extraordinary transactions.
He has experience in the corporate law consultancy in the context of extraordinary reorganization and restructuring transactions of distressed companies, related turn around and debt restructuring procedures.
He also advises corporate clients in their day-to-day operations.
Andrea joined the firm in 2010, after two years in the Milan office of an English international law firm where he focused on capital markets law.
Andrea graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 2008.
