Giuseppe Marino specializes in civil, labor and administrative litigation. He has developed a considerable expertise in real estate law, public contracts, trading and contractual, professional and product liability. He has advised primary national and international company as well as public and private authorities.
After graduating in Law, cum laude, at the University "Magna Graecia" of Catanzaro, he has been researcher in constitutional law and regional law at the same University.
In 2011 he received his PhD in Constitutional Justice and Fundamental Rights at the University of Pisa.
He is the author of numerous publications and collaborates with the magazines “Diritto e Giustizia” and “Il Quotidiano Giuridico”.
He has been admitted to the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
