Giuseppe Marino specialises in real estate and administrative law.
He has gained significant experience in the purchase and sale of real estate complexes and/or company shareholdings, business leases, large leases, public-private partnerships, and tenders, as well as in real estate development projects in the tourism, commercial, residential, and personal services sectors.
He also assists leading Italian and foreign operators in the construction sector, from the contract structuring phase to the management of critical issues during the execution phase and the resolution of disputes, both in court and in arbitration.
After graduating with honours from the “Magna Graecia” University of Catanzaro, he was a subject expert in constitutional law and public law at the same university.
In 2011, he obtained his PhD in Constitutional Justice and Fundamental Rights from the University of Pisa.
He is the author of numerous publications and contributes to the magazines Diritto e Giustizia and Il Quotidiano Giuridico.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
