A qualified lawyer since 1960, with rights of audience in the Court of Cassation, Carlo advises and assists clients in all matters within the field of private economic law, with particular focus on contract issues, corporate, financial and security transactions.
He is a qualified auditor and member of the Society of Registered Auditors.
His career highlights to date include the presidency and memberships of various Boards of Management and Statutory Auditors of industrial and financial institutions. He has held office in CARIPLO S.p.A., BIIS – Banca Infrastrutture e Sviluppo S.p.A., F2i – Fondi Italiani per le Infrastrutture S.G.R. S.p.A., C.I.V. – Collegamenti Integrati Veloci (gruppo SIAS) S.p.A., Stradivaria (gruppo Autostrade Centro Padane S.p.A.).
He is a member of numerous associations and bodies, amongst which: International Association of Insurance Law (A.I.D.A.), International League of Competition Law, and Società Italiana per l’Organizzazione Internazionale (S.I.O.I.).
He speaks Italian, French and English.
