Ilaria Maspes is specialized in commercial contract and corporate litigation. In particular, she defends Italian and multinational companies in ordinary and arbitration proceedings, as well as in precautionary proceedings.
She has also achieved a relevant experience in the field of Inheritance Law.
Before joining the firm, she worked as assistant at Milan Court and previously she worked for one of the major Italian law firms, specialized in civil and commercial disputes.
Among such professional experience, in 2017 she got a Phd in Contract Law at Università degli Studi of Milan, with a thesis on the role and limits of freedom of contract in the formation and regulation of corporate groups and at the same University she graduated in Law “magna cum laude” in 2012.
In 2011 she was visiting researcher at Berkeley University and in 2010 she attended a summer school at the Tsinghua University of Beijing on Intellectual Property Law.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, French and English.
