Rodrigo Boccioletti specializes in civil, corporate and commercial law with particular focus on M&A and private equity sectors in which he has gained specific expertise in negotiating and drafting acquisition agreements, shareholders' agreements and related commercial contracts.
Rodrigo joined the Firm in 2004. He is part of the specialist GOP4Venture team and has headed up legal assistance for Venture Capital since the creation of the relevant practice area: in this context he regularly assists industrial companies, entrepreneurs, investment funds, family businesses, business angels and more generally Venture Capital operators both with reference to the investment phase (seed round, A round, etc.) and with reference to the subsequent exit phase. The team also assists Start Up or Scale Up in investment rounds functional to growth being realized through the use of crowdfunding campaigns at regulated platforms.
He graduated in Law magna cum laude from the University of Bologna in 2003. He is member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
