Vincenzo Gallè focuses on corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies, private and listed, in the context of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals of participations, mandatory and voluntary tender offers, capital transactions, as well as in relation to corporate disclosure required to listed companies and relationships with CONSOB.
Before joining our Firm, he worked with an Italian law firm based in Catanzaro, specialising in civil, administrative, bankruptcy and labour law.
He carried out the legal practice at the Legal Council of State (Avvocatura dello Stato) in the district office of Catanzaro. He also carried out an internship at the Court of Catanzaro.
Graduated in Law at the University of Messina, he subsequently obtained a Postgraduated Master of Law from the “Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali”managed by Catanzaro "Magna Graecia" University (SSPL), with a final thesis in administrative law.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
