Giovanna Dimita focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, national and international commercial contracts.
She has advised national and foreign clients in structuring and negotiating corporate and commercial joint ventures, and in general, commercial agreements, developing a broad experience in assisting tower companies in relation to the hosting services agreements.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2021, she worked for leading law firms in Rome.
Giovanna graduated in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, then, she obtained her LLM degree in “International Trade law and Corporate Law” from Essex University, School of Law, Colchester, UK.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
