Fabio Alessandri

Associate

Fabio deals, in particular, with legal research and drafting of legal opinions in the insurance and banking fields, as well as regulatory profiles related to M&A transactions in banking and insurance sectors. He has also gained experience in the field of financial markets tout court, with particular reference to investment services, as well as in the field of distance selling of insurance services.

Fabio advice banks and other financial intermediaries on banking law, with particular reference to their regulatory capital. Furthermore, he provides assistance in the drafting of instances to the Insurance and Banking Authorities, aimed at obtaining both the authorisation to start business in Italy of important foreign intermediaries, and the modification of their corporate structure, with particular regard to significant shareholdings, shareholders activism and corporate governance. He also deals with the branch establishment and/or the freedom of services in Italy of brokers and banks, both European and from Third States.

Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Fabio collaborated - during the academic period - with a prestigious M&A “boutique” Law Firm.

He graduated in Law, with honours, from the L. Bocconi University of Milan in 2019.

He is a member of the Italian Bar.

He speaks Italian, English and French.
