Gabriele Ceraolo specializes in corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies, in the context of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals of participations, shareholders' agreements, governance activities, and commercial contracts of various kind, as well as in connection with the draft of legal opinions related to corporate and commercial law matters.
In 2022, he graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Trento, with a final dissertation dealing with the cross-border mobility and the abuse of the international transformation of companies.
Gabriele spent, during his university career, nine months abroad, in England, at Lancaster University.
He is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
