The conference is organized by the Italian Antitrust Association, under the patronage of the University of Naples Federico II, Naples Bar, and MLEX.
The event is expected to be the major annual conference of competition law and policy in Italy targeted to the Italian audience. It will be held along two days and will cover four general topics: latest developments in EU competition law and practice, latest developments in Italian competition law, private antitrust enforcement and unfair commercial practices. There will also be a number of sessions devoted to specific topics, namely: i) Information Technology, ii) Pharma sector, iii) Financial Services, iv) Energy, v) telcom and media.
For the attendance to the Conference payment of a fee is required. The profits generated from the attendance fees will be devolved to “l’Altra Napoli” (www.altranapoli.it), a Non-profit Organisation active in a number of social projects in Naples.
