Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners lawyer receives 2011 ILO Client Choice Award

March 03, 2011

London, 3 March 2011 – International law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners is delighted to announce that Partner Rosario Zaccà has been awarded exclusive winner of the 2011 International Law Office (ILO) Client Choice Award in the M&A category for Italy.
Established in 2005, the ILO Client Choice Awards recognize law firms and partners around the world that stand apart for the excellent client care and the quality of their service. The criteria for the awards are focused on a lawyer’s ability to add real value to clients’ business, above and beyond other players in the market.
Nominations are made exclusively by senior corporate counsels and this year’s award involved over 2,000 international lawyers’ individual assessments.
Rosario is widely regarded as a leading lawyer with 20 years' experience as a corporate and M&A practitioner. He also specialises in private equity and has a significant expertise in joint ventures and multi-jurisdictional transactions. As a member of the firm’s “Chindia desk”, he has extensive experience in assisting Indian and Chinese companies in their activities in Italy, and Italian companies investing in China and India.
Tomaso Cenci, Managing Partner of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners, commented: “Rosario perfectly represents our commitment to providing clients with excellent legal advice and value for money. We are very pleased to receive positive feed-back to this end from the market”.
