Rome, May 14, 2012 – The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners has been awarded “Law Firm of the Year” by the leading international legal directory Chambers Europe.
The prestigious award was assigned during the annual “Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence 2012” ceremony which was held in Amsterdam in the presence of the leading international law firms.
Already a winner of this prestigious award in 2004, Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners has received it again following a period of great changes for the Firm.
In its motivations, Chambers & Partners recognized the results accomplished throughout 2011: “An eventful year for Gianni included a name change and a complete rebranding. To these changes can be added improved ranking across a wide selection of practice area including real estate, employment, banking and tax. The versatile firm also offers market-leading energy, public law restructuring and private equity teams, along with a corporate department which was heavily strengthened by the arrival of Roberto Cappelli and his team in late 2011. A recent highlight was advising Salvatore Ferragamo on its IPO on the Italian stock exchange, the only public offering completed in Italy in 2011.”
