London, 19 March 2010 – Last night Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners was crowned “Italy Law Firm of the Year” at the 2010 IFLR Awards, hosted by the International Financial Law Review.
It is the third time the Firm receives this award; it also won in 2004 and in 2006.
The IFLR Awards celebrate the most innovative cross-border legal deals of 2009 and the firms that completed them. The winners are determined exclusively by research conducted by IFLR journalists.
Francesco Gianni, Senior Partner of the Firm, commented: "It is for us a great achievement to be recognised on a European level for our excellence in quality and innovation, both values that greatly inspire our firm. The Awards ceremony was held at The Dorchester in London on Thursday 18th of March and was attended by an audience of about 400, among which bankers, lawyers and other representatives of the City.
