Milan, 24 March 2015 - Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners scooped two awards at the “2015 Legalcommunity Finance & Tax Awards”
•“Law Firm of the Year” for Project Finance;
• “Deal of the Year Finance” for the assistance to Antin Solar Investments S.p.A. in the structuring of a bond issue pursuant to the recent Italian “mini-bonds” law. It is the first deal of the kind in Italy and one of the first secured hybrid transactions in the European renewable sector.
The awards night saw around 500 legal professionals and managers of the finance and tax sectors gather in Milan for a celebration of all that is best in the legal market.
