Rome, 4 August 2021 - Following the Partners’ Meeting, international law firm Gianni & Origoni approved its 2020 financial statements and its new business strategy. The Partners’ Meeting also elected the new members of the Executive Committee as well as the Compensation Committee who will remain in office for the next two years.
The partners also discussed and approved the firm’s new strategic guidelines, based on the strengthening of its governance - which will involve a more prominent role of the firm’s practice areas and focus teams - and on business development through external growth.
The Partners’ Meeting discussed and unanimously approved the 2020 financial statements which, despite the pandemic and its effects on domestic and international markets, showed positive results.
The new Executive Committee is composed of Francesco Gianni, Antonio Auricchio, Giuseppe De Simone, Emanuele Grippo, Francesco Puntillo, Giuseppe Velluto, and Rosario Zaccà.
The new Compensation Committee includes Andrea Aiello, Stefano Bucci, Alessandra Ferroni, Gianluca Ghersini, and Luca Jeantet.
The Partners’ Meeting confirmed the two Managing Partners Antonio Auricchio and Rosario Zaccà in office.
Firm’s original co-founder GianBattista Origoni, by virtue of the standing he enjoys both within the firm and within the wider legal profession, will assume the role of “Proboviro”, overseeing the firm’s Code of Ethics and rules with the aim of embedding still further the firm’s core values.
