Milan, September 23, 2016 – The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners was a a winner at the 2016 Legal Community Corporate M&A Awards which were held last night in Milan. It received an award for “Law Firm of the Year Labour M&A”.
In awarding this prize, the jury - which included HR managers of leading companies - stated: “A firm with record numbers in Italian M&A. The Labour department is always at the forefront in dealing with all labour matters facilitating the deal’s success.
