GOGP elects new partners

Rome, 20 April, 2010 - Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners has today announced the election of 5 new partners: Davide Braghini, Giuseppe De Simone, Teodora Marocco, Giovanna Puppo and Alessandro Villani. The firm’s number of partners has risen to 62.

Davide Braghini (Real Estate) specialises in all real estate transactions, investment and joint ventures agreements, legal assistance to the construction, management and leasing of properties, real estate development, real estate investment funds.

Giuseppe De Simone (Banking & Finance) is an expert in all fields of banking & finance, with specific focus on financing matters (including acquisition financing, real estate financing and financing of public offers), restructuring transactions (including debt restructuring and assistance in the preparation of the relevant restructuring plans) and structured finance.

Teodora Marocco (Environmental) has gained a strong expertise in all environmental issues, including clean-up procedures for contaminated sites, environmental impact assessment, unique environmental authorizations, air emissions. She has also gained a broad experience in the development of public utility projects and energy infrastructures, including renewable energy power plants, LNG regassification terminals and thermoelectric power plants. She provides assistance on judicial and extrajudicial issues.

Giovanna Puppo (Corporate) specializes in M&A, private equity, joint-ventures and corporate law. She has gained extensive experience in cross-border transactions and international contracts and has authored several articles on outsourcing agreements and corporate matters.

Alessandro Villani (Litigation) focuses on banking, corporate and commercial litigation. He has a broad experience in domestic and international arbitrations, and in turnarounds.
