Milan, June 14, 2018 - The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners was a winner at the 2018 Legalcommunity Corporate Awards. Senior Partner Francesco Gianni took home most prestigious individual award of the evening: “Lawyer of the Year”.
The prize was awarded by a jury which included general and legal counsel of leading Italian and international companies, main players of the corporate sector as well as representatives of the communication field. The evening - which also represented the final event of Legalcommunity Week and was saw the participation of over 850 guests including legal firms, general and legal counsel, bankers, financial advisors – was attended by several members of the firm’s M&A team, in addition to Francesco who collected the award.
In awarding the prize the jury stated: “He is the dominus of Corporate M&A in Italy. The market recognizes his unparalleled experience, great lucidity, depth of vision and important relationships. He's always involved in the hottest dossiers on the market.”
