Veronica Torre works with the Energy and Infrastructure Department, Milan office, where she deals with contractual, corporate, commercial and financial issues, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure fields.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked for three years for one of the most important Italian law firms (where she had previously carried out an internship period), providing assistance and advice to Italian and foreign companies in extraordinary transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, investment and insolvency matters.
In 2020 she graduated, cum laude and special mention, in Law at the Università degli Studi di Genova, discussing a thesis on commercial and comparative law, entitled “The principles of sustainability and Commercial Law. The French experience”. In 2019, she took part in the Erasmus+ programme, attending for one semester the Faculty of Law of the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II in Paris, obtaining the “Certificat élémentaire de Droit Français et Européen”.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English, French and Russian.
