SEARCH IN THE SITE:
The ERHR IP, promoted by the School of Law of the University of Cagliari, deals with the study of human rights in an international and, at the same time, a national perspective. Since the solemn proclamation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union in 2000, human rights have been at the basis of European policy. Europe is a melting pot of countries and peoples with different cultures and languages. Therefore, it seems necessary to base the creation of a union of these peoples on the respect of the differences and identities constituting the EU.
