Gop4Venture is the focus team dedicated to venture capital and growth investments in start-ups and innovative companies, with the task of responding to the needs of venture capital funds, investment companies and investors, founders, innovative small and medium-sized companies, as well as accelerators, incubators and spin-offs of research centers.
Specifically, the team is involved in setting up investment vehicles and venture capital funds, structuring venture financing transactions, and assisting investors and/or founders in financing rounds for start-ups, scale-ups, and innovative SMEs at all stages from early stage and up to Series A and exit or listing on specialized regulated markets. The team is also active in the establishment of certified incubators and accelerators.
The team also manages listing processes - with particular reference to those on Aim and Euronext - and is an international contact platform for innovative startups and scale ups with potential international investors, through the network of relationships that the firm has built over the years thanks to its established presence in the United States (New York), Europe (London, Brussels), the Middle East (United Arab Emirates) and Asia (Hong Kong, Shanghai).
