Milan, May 12, 2021 - International law firm Gianni & Origoni, was a multi-winner at the TopLegal Industry Awards held last night. The firm won three awards: "Professional of the year, Art and Cultural Heritage: Massimo Sterpi"; "Professional of the year, Crisis and Restructuring: Luca Jeantet”; “Professional of the year, Infrastructures: Ottaviano Sanseverino”.
Now in its sixth edition, the “TopLegal Industry Awards” rewarded those firms and professionals who in 2020 faced the most challenging mandates and deals.
The jury motivated the awards as follows:
“Professional of the year, Art and Cultural Goods: Massimo Sterpi”
He stood out for solving the most intricate issues. Without precedence, he obtained the cancellation of the purchase of a work of art that was discovered to be false after the ten-year term.
“Professional of the year, Crisis and Restructuring: Luca Jeantet”
The jury appreciated the pragmatic and conciliatory solutions, as well as the ability to simplify complex issues. As in the direct continuity arrangement with creditors presented for Fintyre.
“Professional of the year, Infrastructures: Ottaviano Sanseverino”
Defined by the jury as impressive for his skills and professionalism. He assisted an international pool of lenders in the increase of up to a 4 billion euros loan to Open Fiber, for the development of the optical fiber network in Italy.
