Hong Kong, March 27, 2025 – International law firm Gianni & Origoni is pleased to announce the appointment of Hong Kong lawyer, Eviana Leung, as Counsel in the litigation department. Eviana is also principal partner of Eviana Leung & Partners, GOP’s associated firm in Hong Kong.
Having been admitted to practice as a solicitor in the High Court of Hong Kong since 2008, Eviana specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration, marine and insurance disputes. With her broad understanding of the Chinese market, she brings extensive experience supporting Mainland, foreign and local corporations, as well as private clients in areas including liquidation, re-structuring, internal, regulatory and corporate governance-related investigation, shareholder disputes, trade conflicts, recovery of high value debts, arbitration, injunction and Court and dispute resolution procedures.
