Rome, May 12, 2025 – GOP once again took part in the Race for the Cure.
Alongside Komen Italia, we ran/walked to support the fight against breast cancer and help raise funds for the research and prevention projects carried out by the Foundation.
From May 8 to 11, Rome was filled with an atmosphere of celebration and commitment, culminating in the traditional run/walk which we proudly participated in, enjoying a pleasant day with friends and colleagues.
More than 150,000 people took part in the 2025 edition of the Race for the Cure and over 4,000 early diagnosis tests and workshops were offered in the Health Village at the Circus Maximus during this four-day event, aimed at raising awareness and promoting women’s health.
Over the past 25 years, thanks to the funds raised during the Race of the Cure, Komen Italia has launched more than 1,500 women's health projects.
