Rome, July 22, 2025 – International law firm Gianni & Origoni is pleased to announce the appointment of 3 new Non-Equity Partners: Alessandro De Ferrariis, Valentina Ottani Sconza and Paola Vallino.
Alessandro De Ferrariis, who joined GOP in 2014, deals with bankruptcy and companies’ restructuring and has a significant experience in civil, commercial and corporate litigation. He is based in Rome.
Valentina Ottani Sconza, who joined GOP in 2022, is an expert in legal and tax matters related to the management of large assets, with a focus on family strategy and heritage engineering. She is based in Milan.
Paola Vallino, who joined GOP in 2014, focuses on bankruptcy procedures, restructuring and corporate law. She is based in Turin.
