The ceremony, held in Milan, celebrated excellence in the Italian tax market. The thirteenth edition of the event saw awards presented by the jury to law firms and individual professionals who distinguished themselves over the past year for their reputation and activity in the tax field.

Professional of the Year, EU Taxation – Francesca Staffieri
The accomplished professional advised a major industrial group on income flows arising from its membership in a European Economic Interest Grouping together with a pan-European partner that is among the world leaders in its reference industry.
Professional of the Year, Financial Taxation – Fabio Chiarenza
The professional provided tax advice in connection with the subscription of a complex sustainability-linked revolving financing structure, currently the most significant available on the European market. The transaction, which involved numerous financial institutions worldwide, required a strategic approach and deep technical expertise to successfully address the complex tax implications.
