Gianni & Origoni approves its 2025 financial statements and appoints new Executive and Compensation Committees

July 29, 2026

Rome, 29th July 2026 – Following its Partners’ Meeting, international law firm Gianni & Origoni unanimously approved the firm's 2025 financial statements and renewed the firm’s Executive Committee as well as Compensation Committee, both of which will serve a three-year term.

The new Executive Committee comprises: Giuseppe De Simone (Managing Partner), Giuseppe Velluto (Managing Partner), Francesco Gianni, Fabio Chiarenza, Gabriella Covino, Gianluca Ghersini, and Luca Jeantet. Emanuele Grippo - who served on the previous Executive Committee - has been appointed as an additional, non-voting member of the new Executive Committee in order to complete the work already underway on the implementation of the firm's strategic plan and to ensure an appropriate renewal of the firm's governance bodies while maintaining continuity in management.

The new Compensation Committee comprises: Paolo Bordi, Matteo Bragantini, Gerardo Carbonelli, Filippo Cecchetti, Kathleen Lemmens, Ottaviano Sanseverino, and Raffaele Tronci. In order to make available the extensive experience gained through his service on previous Executive Committees, Antonio Auricchio has been appointed as an additional, non-voting member of the new Compensation Committee, succeeding Rosario Zaccà, who had served in the same role since 2024.

Giuseppe De Simone and Giuseppe Velluto, Co-Managing Partners of Gianni & Origoni stated: "On behalf of all the Partners, we would like to thank all the outgoing members and, in particular, Antonio Auricchio for his long-standing commitment and the significant contribution he has made as a member of the Executive Committee. The experience gained over the years by the outgoing members represent a valuable asset of expertise and knowledge that GOP will undoubtedly continue to draw upon in the years ahead. The firm's positive results are also the outcome of their hard work and dedication."

The Co-Manging Partners added: "Building on the continuity and ongoing commitment that have always distinguished our firm, we will continue to strengthen our growth trajectory and create value for our clients, confident that we can count on the contribution of all our Partners and everyone at GOP.”
