Elena Presotto specialises in Labour Law, both consultancy and litigation, providing assistance to Italian and International clients in all the main areas of the employment law and industrial relations, including in the context of extraordinary transactions.
Before joining our firm in February 2025, Elena worked for two leading law firms specialised in Labour Law, both based in Milan.
In December 2019, she graduated in Law at the University of Trento.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
