Daniele Iusto specialises in labour law and provides out-of-court legal advice, including in the context of extraordinary transactions, as well as litigation, offering assistance in all major areas of labour law and industrial relations.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2024, he worked at the Italian branch of a leading international insurance company.
In April 2025 he obtained his law degree from Università Bocconi in Milan, presenting a thesis in labour law on the impact of inflation on wages in collective bargaining while, in 2023, he also completed a study period at Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam.
He is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian, English, and French.
