Gabriele Zabbatino specializes in corporate and commercial law and advises Italian and foreign companies, both public and private, in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, dismissals, mergers, demergers, tender or exchange offers, joint ventures, and equity transactions. He has also experience in commercial contracting, both domestic and international.
He has been seconded at the international legal affairs department of a leading Italian listed company, dealing with corporate and commercial law and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked with an Italian law firm, mainly focusing on international contracting and consulting.
He graduated in Law at the Università degli Studi Roma Tre and holds a post-graduate master's degree in business law from the LUISS Business School in Rome.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
