Gabriele Zabbatino specializes in corporate and commercial law and advises national and international companies, both public and private, and investment funds in connection with domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, in several industrial sectors. He has also developed experience in commercial contract matters, both domestic and international, as well as in providing ongoing advisory on corporate law matters.
Gabriele has been seconded to the International Legal Affairs Department of a leading Italian listed company, where he was involved in corporate and commercial law matters and M&A transactions.
He graduated in Law from the Università degli Studi Roma Tre and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from LUISS Business School in Rome.
Gabriele is admitted to the Rome Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
