Gabriele Zabbatino specializes in corporate and commercial law and assists Italian and foreign companies, both private and listed, in M&A transactions, including takeover bids, acquisitions and divestments of assets, companies or branches of the same, mergers, demergers and joint ventures. He also advises and assists clients, including on an ongoing basis, in commercial and corporate matters and, in particular, in drafting and negotiating shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts of any kind.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked with an Italian law firm, dealing with contracting and consulting in commercial and corporate matters, as well as assisting in the process of business internationalization in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.
He holds a law degree from Roma Tre University and a postgraduate master's degree in business law from LUISS Business School in Rome.
He speaks Italian and English.
