Chiara Benedetta specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial law, and provides legal assistance primarily in connection with acquisition transactions, including transfers of stock and businesses, drafting and negotiating of shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements.
She graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Pisa. During her academic career, she attended the Birmingham City University (England), through which she was able to improve her English language skills as well as to approach Anglo-Saxon law.
She is the author of several legal publications in corporate law on specialised law reviews.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
