Arianna Nacci
Associate

Arianna specialises in financial market law, corporate law, ESG, CSR and the regulation of banking, financial and insurance services.

She provides assistance on all matters related to the provision of investment services, collective asset management, prudential supervisory rules, corporate governance, as well as the management of relations with sector supervisory authorities, including sanction proceedings. She also provides advice and assistance in relation to corporate and regulatory compliance related to sustainability, CSR and impact investing, assisting listed companies and supervised intermediaries.

Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Arianna worked in the capital markets department of a major international law firm.

She graduated, with honors, in Law at the University of Trento in 2021 and during her studies, she attended the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa in Portugal, the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance at Utrecht University in the Netherlands where she had the opportunity to deepen at a comparative level all issues related to M&A transactions, corporate law and financial markets law.

Arianna is a member of the Italian Bar.

She speaks Italian, English and Portuguese.
