Giulia Minetti Floccari

Counsel

Giulia has gained specific and significant experience in real estate and provides legal assistance in favour of Italian and international client.

Her activity is concentrated in the main real estate transactions, with particular focus on acquisitions and disposals of real estate portfolios (including real estate fund contribution transactions) and in more specific real estate contracts (lease agreement, going concern lease agreement, and contracts related to development and to property management).

Before joining Gianni & Origoni she worked in leading international law firms.

She graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli in 2006.

She is a member of the Italian Bar.

She speaks Italian and English.
