Francesca Ruggiero practices in the Corporate/M&A department of the Firm, advising domestic and foreign companies and private equity funds in extraordinary transactions and she is also involved in general corporate assistance.
Francesca graduated in law from the University “Luigi Bocconi”. In 2019 she took part in the International Exchange Program at Fundação Getúlio Vargas Escola de Direito de São Paulo, Brazil.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English and Portuguese.
