Eleonora Maroni collaborates with the Department of Intellectual Property, TMT and Cybersecurity and deals specifically with intellectual property issues focusing, among others, on copyright, trademarks, patents and unfair competition.
Graduated with honors in Law in 2021 from the University of Trento with a dissertation in the field of copyright law, Eleonora has an international background: she spent a semester abroad as a student at K.U. Leuven University (Belgium); furthermore, her international vocation and her passion for intellectual property drove her to study U.S. copyright by obtaining the CopyrightX certification issued by Harvard University and, afterwards, to obtain an LLM with distinction in "Intellectual Property and the Digital Economy" at the University of Glasgow (UK) with a dissertation on trademarks and 3D printing.
She is the author of some publications in the field of intellectual property law.
She is enrolled as a trainee lawyer at the Milan Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
