Viviana collaborates with the Real Estate department and she has experience in advising domestic and foreign clients (both private – including real estate investment funds – and institutional) on real estate transaction (acquisition and disposal of single properties as well as real estate portfolios), real estate asset management and commercial lease transactions.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she collaborated with important international law firms and she worked, as secondee, at CDP Immobiliare S.r.l. – Legal and Corporate Affairs Department.
Viviana graduated in Law with distinctions and honours from the University of Napoli in 2009 and attended two masters, “Contract Negotiation & Drafting” and “Avvocato di affari”, at 24ORE Business School.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.
