Chiara Militello works in the Antitrust and Regulatory Department.
Chiara worked at Gianni & Origoni from 2013 to 2016 and, after an LL.M in the United States and a professional experience in a leading international law firm, she returned to the Law Firm in January 2023.
Chiara regularly assists national and international clients in cartels and abuse of dominance investigations before the Italian Competition Authority, national and EU Courts, as well as in merger control cases and antitrust compliance matters.
She graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Rome La Sapienza (2011), holds an LL.M. in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe of Bruges (2013) and an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center (Washington DC) (2017).
Chiara is a member of the Rome Bar (Italy).
She speaks Italian, English and French.
