Lorenzo specialises in financial market law, corporate law and the regulation of banking, financial and insurance services. He provides assistance on issues related to the provision of investment services, collective asset management, prudential supervision rules, corporate governance, as well as the management of relations with sectoral supervisory authorities.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Lorenzo worked at an Italian law firm specialized in corporate and banking Law. From 2020 to 2021, he worked in the legal department of a major Italian banking institution.
In 2020, he graduated in Law, cum laude, from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” with a thesis in financial market law concerning the development of investment advisory service in the FinTech context. In 2021, he perfected his knowledge of the banking sector with a corporate Master at “POLIMI – Graduate School of Management” in collaboration with a major Italian banking institution.
Lorenzo is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
