Simone works with the Wealth & Trust department and deals in particular with corporate law, inheritance law and estate planning profiles, with particular focus on issues related to succession planning and generational transition for family businesses.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he gained his first experience in a prestigious commercial law firm, specializing in energy and administrative law, and then continued his training at a boutique specializing in wealth planning lending his support in corporate and tax extrajudicial work.
Graduated in April 2021 in Law from the University of Catanzaro discussing a thesis in corporate law entitled "The Liquidating Arrangement: Between Current Law and the Crisis Code", he earned a Master’s degree in Law and Business at the 24Ore Business School in Milan, delving into issues related to corporate law.
He is a member of the Paola Bar Association (Italy).
He speaks Italian and English.
